Starting with 2 shakes a day is excellent for rapid weight loss, which Mosh recommends for 12 weeks or until you reach your weight loss goals. Once you have achieved your goals, we recommend reducing to 1 shake a day for slower weight loss or for weight maintenance. You can use one shake a day for as long as you like!
Definitely! We recommend having the two meal replacement shakes a day, one balanced main meal and healthy snacks with plenty of fluids. Using a dietitian through this process will assist in making it more of a lifestyle change than a diet, providing you with long term healthy habits.

Our weight loss shakes are suitable for individuals with a BMI over 30kg/m2 or over 27kg/m2 with obese related co-morbidities including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, Type 2 Diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, osteoarthritis and obstructive sleep apnea.

Shakes are not suitable for individuals with:

  • A BMI of 25 kg/m2 or lower
  • Recent myocardial infarction or unstable angina
  • Children under 18 years of age
  • Adults older than 65 years of age
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding

Patients with Type 1 or 2 Diabetes, kidney disease and liver disease should consult with their doctor.
